The STA is committed to education and training for members to ensure that they can deliver a highly-skilled, quality service to all clients. The STA Assure Quality Assurance Scheme provides education and skills development to ensure that those members with accreditation are operating to the highest quality and skill levels.

The STA has a dedicated skills and training committee, established to ensure that all existing members are receiving the skills and training support they need as well as ensuring that our education content is current, robust, and meets all regulatory requirements. We can support members with advice and guidance on recruitment, including attracting newcomers into the industry, retention, careers, apprenticeships, and funding opportunities.
